with over 40 photographers, ages 2 to 11 years of age, you can just imagine how difficult it was to judge the photo submissions. some of the criteria used to determine the winners were composition, subject matter, technical camera use, what went into making the image, and overall likability.
for the second year in a row you embraced the “old school” challenge of taking photographs without actually seeing the results. unlike the smart devices and point-n-shoot cameras we use today, to us, that’s just incredible! we can’t tell you how excited we were to develop the film and see what you all created. we are proud of you all!
please know each and every one of you made this project truly special, we can’t thank you enough.
don't forget! the three winners will be on display during the boston book festival at the boston public library from October 12th through the 17th :)

lastly, thank you to the crew of hubbub for planning, organizing, and executing such a wonderful event to be enjoyed by all. once again, it was an amazing experience and we loved working with each and every one of you!
a special thank you to sarah and emily for all your coordinating and efforts, we appreciate it more than you know.
